Why is High-Performance Selling
the most effective sales program today?

Successful selling starts with a mindset that understands how people are attracted to us and buy our products or services. Then it's a matter of working with the fundamental principles of selling. I call these principles High-Performance Selling. It is about communicating the value of your products or services in a way that people see what's in it for them.

To be among the top five or ten percent of salespeople, a salesperson must thoroughly understand and professionally apply the rules of two games: the outer game of selling - the key technical professional skills to make more sales, and make them faster and easier than ever before - and the inner game of selling - the mental laws that affect one's thought processes and thus significantly affect sales and income.

As the "strategic" phase of the selling process, High-Performance Selling focuses on the effective management of the individual sales call. Unlike "in-your-face" systems that stress high-pressure closes and other manipulative techniques, High-Performance Selling concentrates on understanding the prospect’s wants, needs and desires—the "solution image" that explains why and how people really buy.

How is High-Performance Selling different than other sales programs?

  • It focuses on the way today's consumer wants to buy. With copyrighted tools you will learn exactly what they want. You'll also put the buyer in control of type, amount and speed of the information they receive. When people control these elements, they have less resistance, learn faster and buy much quicker.
